Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using BankBoys, operated by Buildaverse LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use BankBoys. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of BankBoys complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including gambling and sports betting regulations.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

4. Subscription & Access Tiers

BankBoys offers both free and premium access tiers. Free users receive access to core features including daily picks, live tracking, and community content. Premium subscribers gain access to enhanced features which may include early access to picks, advanced analytics, additional sports coverage, mid-game live plays, and priority support.

Premium access may be granted through promotional offers, manual grants, Discord-linked subscriptions, or future payment integrations. The specific features available at each tier may change as the platform evolves.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier at any time. Material changes to premium benefits will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable notice.

5. Billing & Cancellation

If and when paid subscriptions are offered, pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All picks, projections, analysis, algorithms, models, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of BankBoys. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly display our content without prior written permission.

Automated scraping, bot access, or systematic downloading of picks and data is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their access revoked and may face legal action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or connected networks
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share, resell, or redistribute premium content or access credentials
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mine data from the platform
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through any platform feature

8. No Guarantee of Results

BankBoys provides data-driven sports picks and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any pick, projection, or recommendation.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain and may result in partial or total loss. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions, stake sizing, and risk management.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BankBoys and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Third-party data feeds (odds, scores, stats) may contain errors or delays beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Certain data may be retained as required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Service.
